Votivo, 2020

Take a candle.
Light it from my flame.
Place it on the red ground.
Offer the name of the person you are thinking about, and write it on my skin.
I have the pen.

Prendi la candela.
Accendila dalla mia fiamma.
Mettila sulla terra rossa.
Offri il nome della persona a cui pensi è scrivilo sulla mia pelle.
La penna ce l’ho io.

Performed at The European Centre for Culture, Palazzo Mora, Venice, during The Venice International Performance Art Week, 2020, after participation in the Venice International Performance Art Week Live Art CO-CREATION Factory, mentored by Vest&Page, Guillermo Gomez-Pena, Balitronica and Joseph Morgan Schofield.
