My mentoring supports artists to deepen their practice, articulate their ideas with confidence, and build working lives that are both ambitious and sustainable. Our sessions are focused, thoughtful, and practical, offering strategic guidance alongside conceptual depth. This is a space to think clearly, make aligned decisions, and move your work forward with intention.

Hi, I’m Ida. Let me introduce myself.

I am a practicing Artist, Educator and Artist Mentor from Australia, currently based in Berlin.

Since 2020 I have mentored artists privately from Adelaide to Mumbai, the UAE to New Mexico. It has been my absolute joy to watch Artists bloom in the form of successful applications, conceptually rigorous exhibitions and artwork sales, to confident artworld networking, an organised handle on the business side of practice and enhanced art/life wellbeing.

Being an artist myself, I understand that the general way of doing things doesn’t always work for us; each one of us has a different energy, flow, style and outlook. In a career where imagination reigns, technique is unique to the hand that bears the tool and the 21st century state of social/economical/cultural multitude is upon us - individual mentoring is more essential than ever.

How it all works:

  • Mentoring sessions take place on Thursdays, between 7am – 9pm CET (Central European Time)

  • Sessions are themed so that we can have a supercharged hour (although you can just have a general session too!) You will always leave with tangible processes, tools and worksheets to support you after the session has ended. Scroll down to see the themes!

  • Standard rate: $160 AUD per hour. Conversion to your currency will happen after check out, be sure to check your rate beforehand.

  • Accessibility Rate: $95 AUD per hour. I offer 3 x Accessibility sessions per month, reserved for those navigating financial pressure or transition periods (limited to one per person, per month).

I mentor within clearly defined themes so our time together can be focused, intentional, and genuinely useful. By choosing a theme in advance and completing a short questionnaire, I can prepare more deeply for your session and tailor it to exactly where you are. This allows us to work with greater clarity and momentum, and ensures you leave with practical tools, processes, and worksheets that continue to support your practice long after our session ends.
